How to print and cut the butterflies
- Print each page with “fit to page” and the best quality setting of your printer.
- For an antique look, print on tea-stained paper or cream cardstock. Vellum or transparency film makes lovely see-through butterflies for overlays.
- For fussy cuts that hold their shape, use matte photo paper or cardstock around 160–200 gsm. Regular printer paper is fine for collage.
- Cut around each butterfly with small, sharp scissors. Leaving a thin white border makes cutting easier and looks great on dark pages.
